Sometimes it's the edges of life that matter most, that's where I sew.
Love this! Lucky people who get to take your classes:)
I took the dreaded sewing class in 7th grade and failed miserably. My mom sewed and so did her mom. I just didn't think I had it in me. Fast forward 40 years, now sewing and creating has become the focus of my 'semi-retired' lifestyle.
Barbara! I loved the article. Isn't it wonderful that custom clothing is coming back? Whew! I was worried for a few years. I don't think I've ever commented on your blog. I am a lurker. :-) I really, really like 4 blogs, yours is one of them. Your sewing, family, dogs and work life stories are enriching. I love your blog voice.
Yay, you! Great article.
Great article. I wish we had something similar around here. I wish we had you here to hold classes for us!!!
Yep we were cool way before our time! I'm a fourth generation seamstress, as far as I can tell my Great grandma had a hand in teaching me to sew...and awe the memories!
Wish I could take a class with you.
Too cool. Fabulous. Bring it on!
Fantastic you, great article!
Yup, and I was canning before it was cool as well. Love it!
Tsk tsk. Young people today. It's like they think they invented sex or something. Like we weren't doing it all along. :)
I really enjoyed that article Barbara!!
