Yup still at it. The husband and I are sort of housebound this winter and doing these little videos is keeping us out of trouble.

- I am a mother, a grandmother, and a teacher. But whatever happens in my life, I keep sewing. I have worked as a political communicator and now as a teacher in my formal life. Thanks Barbara for taking the time to produce this. The explanation and demonstration were so helpful! I remember my mother teaching me this hem when I was in high school and now thanks to you I am ready to try it again after a long absence from sewing!
Hi. I'm really enjoying this series of videos. However could you clarify whether you adjusted the needle to the left or right? I'm thinking right but the upside down inside out folding of the fabric is confusing me here.
I adjusted it to the right Julie so it caught less of the fold.
Barbara, thank you for these little videos. I wonder if it is possible to make the sound a little louder on your end? I had my laptop turned up to the most volume I could get out of it.
