Just when you thought you had seen everything: zipper pocket tutorial

I see C&T has just put up a little video I made in San Francisco on a zipper pocket.

For all those sewers/sewists out there who could use some entertainment tonight, live, sort of, and as will soon be evident, completely unscripted:

Delightful! I have two garments that need this pocket... right now! Thanks, Barbara.

Thank you! This is very helpful. The entire concept of "patternless" sewing helps me think of my sewing in more depth. I think this will help my creativity in addition to being very practical.
I am really enjoying your book. I find I am reading it slowly, in "small bites" so that I can think about what I've read for a while to learn the most from it.
A unrelated question: Is there a name for the type of neckline/collar treatment on the dress you are wearing in this video? I have been searching for a pattern or technique for making this type collar.
Thanks again.

Karen it’s Jalie 2682. Here’s a post to how I used this top pattern in a dress https://sewingontheedge.blogspot.com/2018/05/combining-two-patterns.html?m=1

Wonderful! I see a new Jalie pattern in my future. I'm off to read the top-to-dress blogpost next. Thank you.
