A fun interview I did just before the holidays with the Clothing Mavens is now up.
Enjoy.

Loved your podcast !! Your hem series was so informative - would love one on zippers !
Let me know if your journey takes you through Phoenix AZ - I’d love to meet up !
Great podcast Barb. I too would love a tutorial on hand stitches. Embarrassed that at my age I don't know them. Maybe you said that are they are in your book and I didn't hear it over the laughter.
I think maybe you will have to add another month to your travels because you are sure to be making a lots of stops for private, one on one, sewing lessons.
Keep us posted on your travel adventures.

PS I negotiated the price and picked up that little sewing machine I was thinking about. It purrs and makes a beautiful stitches. I love it.
Found your blog from the podcast and I am so thankful. You are delightful and there is so much great information on our blog! I pre-ordered your book too. I have been sewing for about two years and could really use a reality check every now and then. BTW. the flypaper is priceless.
The podcast was great. I hope you plan to continue them...you sound just like you write...ummm, you sound like I "hear" your voice in your blog...ummm, I hope that makes some sort of sense. Here's to a great journey and lots of posts.
I loved hearing you on the podcast, and that's how I've found your blog. What fun! Thank you :)
