I think the mask pulls it all together. Without the mask it would just be leggings, a sweatshirt, and a tutu. Love this!

I think she nailed the look and the sentiment.
Not only are tutus a necessary wardrobe staple but French fries don't get nearly
enough credit for their nutritional value. Priceless!
